We got to the track late, but were still able to get the win,” Lowe commented. “I definitely want to thank not only Derik but also my wife Kyra as well as Gary Flatt for sticking with me all day. It was a way long day, but the win at the end of the night was truly rewarding.”

Thankfully, I was able to edge him at the line to get the win,” Lowe noted. “Saturday night at Tazewell was a bit of a different story. I felt like a pinball. We sustained considerable damage during the feature, but I was able to limp home to a fifth-place finish. Then the top-two finishers got disqualified in tech, so somehow, someway we got a third-place finish when it was all said and done. We’ve got a lot of repairs to do on this car before we hit the track again, but overall I’m still proud of what we accomplished this weekend.”

It was time for our engine to be freshened, so we expected to not have it back in time for the weekend. However, they busted their tails and got it back to us.
