August 29, 2020 - Mother Nature wins in Spring City

August 22, 2020 - Jesse Lowe rules Late Model field at Mountain View Raceway
After losing Friday night’s program at Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tenn.) to Mother Nature, Jesse Lowe headed to Mountain View Raceway (Spring City, Tenn.) on Saturday evening for the American Crate All-Star Series-sanctioned Rocky Top Rumble. Following the fourth fastest lap in time trials, Lowe scored a fourth place finish in his heat, which positioned him fourth on the starting grid for the $2,000-to-win A-Main. Clawing forward one spot in the 40-lap affair, Jesse scored a third place finish behind Randy Weaver and Trevor Sise with Ethan Hunter and Barry Goodman rounding out the Top-5.

August 15, 2020 - Jesse Lowe rules Late Model field at Mountain View Raceway
Jesse Lowe parked his Martins Wrecker Services No. 5j Bennett Heating and Cooling/ Workout Anytime/ CVR Race Cars/ Phantom Race Engines Late Model in Victory Lane Saturday at Mountain View Raceway in Spring City, Tenn.

“We’ve been blessed to say the least,” Lowe commented. We set a new track record and landed another win in our CVR Race Car. We are still a work in progress but we’re getting there. Thanks to everyone who supports our program.”

Lowe was one of 19 cars on hand at Mountain View Raceway on Saturday. After setting a new track record in time trials, Lowe marched to his eleventh win of the season in the feature, taking the checkers ahead of Jason Manley, John Ownbey, Josh Collins, and Barry Goodman.

August 8, 2020 - Pair of Top 5 finishes with American Crate All-Star Series
Friday night found Jesse Lowe in action at Crossville Speedway (Crossville, Tenn.) for the American Crate All-Star Series-sanctioned Hey Jack Construction 45. In a stout field of 34 cars, Lowe followed up the fourth fastest time overall in qualifying with a fourth place finish in the Dash. Starting the $2,500-to-win A-Main in fourth, Jesse held his spot for all 45-laps to register a fourth place finish behind Randy Weaver, Jason Welshan, and Trevor Sise with Zach Sise coming in fifth. The following night at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) for the Stars in the Valley 45, Jesse locked his spot into the Dash with the second fastest lap in time trials behind Zach Sise. Coming in second behind Zach Sise, Lowe earned the second-starting position for the main event. With $2,500 on the line, Jesse faded three spots to place fifth behind Zach Sise, Randy Weaver, Jason Welshan, and Jake Teague.

August 1, 2020 - Jesse Lowe bags fifth straight win of 2020, 10th overall
Jesse Lowe remains seemingly unstoppable in East Tennessee. His most recent triumph came on Saturday night at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tenn.

Driving the Martins Wrecker Services No. 5j Bennett Heating and Cooling/ Workout Anytime/ CVR Race Cars/ Phantom Race Engines Late Model, Lowe secured his spot into main event with the third fastest lap overall in time trials.

Lowe battled at the front of the pack the entire race before crossing the finish line in second. However, after a post-race altercation left the initial race-winner disqualified, Lowe was awarded his tenth win of the season over Josh Henry, Terry Poore, Layne Clifton, and Ross White.

“Sometimes it pays to just be patient and stay out of trouble,” Lowe commented after the race. “Dad got the win in his feature, and after a long race we got our win too. It wasn’t pretty but it all pays the same. Thankful to the Lord and all my help!”

The Tennessee racer has now gone to Victory Lane in eight of his last ten starts. In the other two instances, he finished second on one occasion, while his only DNF resulted from a mechanical failure.

This weekend, Jesse Lowe will follow the American Crate All-Star Series for a pair of events. On Friday, August 7 the tour will invade Crossville (Tenn.) Speedway. The action shifts to I-75 Raceway in Sweetwater, Tenn. on Saturday, August 8. Both events boast a $2,500 top prize.
